I'm not really new to yoga, but I've never used any sort of video to follow along with (usually use magazine articles and go at a slow pace). I bought one of Kathryn Budig's books and decided to try out a video. The "beginner practice" is face paced compared to other yoga. A lot of time is spent in downward dog which is a good workout for the arms. I could keep up with her but by the end I was sweaty. It's also a short flow which makes it easy for everyday use. I can't wait to advance to the other videos!
