The Toyota Texas Music Revolution celebrates its 20th year with a move from Southfork Ranch to Plano’s Oak Point Park and Amphitheater this March 25-26. The country music festival’s lineup will include headliners Lee Ann Womack and Stoney LaRue, as well as local favorites like Dallas-based band The O’s, who performed at this morning’s press conference.
KHYI Vice President and General Manager Josh Jones described how over the past 20 years TMR has become one of the largest events of its kind in the nation, but that the move to Plano is a welcome change. “We needed a little bit of fresh air, both metaphorically and literally, so I cannot tell you how excited we are to be going to Oak Point Park and Oak Point Amphitheater and to be partnering up with the City of Plano. This is going to be, I think, the single biggest event in Texas Music Revolution history.”
