News this week from Hollywood claims that the talented American Director Cary Fukunaga has been head hunted by Warner Bros to co-write and Direct the new Stephen King's IT remake movie. Cary is highly acclaimed for his work on the popular Jane Eyre film adaptation and has also previously won a Dramatic Directing Award at the Sundance Film Festival. His unique writing style and quirky Director Style should ensure that the IT remake remains fresh yet chillingly creepy.
Good news for Stephen King fans! There’s news about the upcoming Stephen King’s It Remake. The It Remake was first announced all the way back in 2009, and since then the main announcement that we had heard was that they were starting all over again, back in 2012 – which never sounds like a good thing. But now, there’s hope that the film may somehow make its way out of development hell yet, and it’s coming thanks to an interview with the planned remake’s producer, Dan Lin.
