With the belief that storytelling has the powerful ability to inspire change, Contiki Holidays has released an inspiring short film of the Contiki Storytellers experience .

Today I finished reading Only Two seats Left , The Contiki story, and tonight i listed to the interview with John Anderson. Altho I had heard how the company began when I did my Contiki tour- also to Russia and Scandinavia- in 1974- I have found it so interesting to read the book and then to listen to John.
What an amazing existence it was... 45 people bundled up in a coach together for five weeks or whatever....
Two years later i worked for Contiki as a Supercook...on the buses. More fun and excitement... along with some hairy moments in the kitchen- otherwise known as The Cook Tent! A chance to revisit my favorite European cities and make a heap of wonderful friends. It was with Great Reluctance that I dragged myself back to NZ at the end of that year... thinking it was time I got on with a Proper Career again, connected with my family ..etc etc.......sigh!!
